Roles and Responsibilities • Vendor & Contract Worker Compliance: Monitor third-party staffing agencies and contractors to ensure alignment with labor regulations, worker classification rules, and statutory benefits. Mandatory Training Tracking: Coordinate and track company-wide completion of mandatory compliance modules (e.g., Anti-Sexual Harassment/POSH, Ethics, Security Awareness). Regulatory Reporting: Assist in preparing and submitting required statutory filings and reports (e.g., P Tax, EPEO-1, labor welfare filings, statutory returns). Handsome knowledge in new joined employees UAN and IP creations, Salary file cross validations for statutory deductions. Core Competencies: Rigorous attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills. Strict adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and employee record security. Clear communication skills to explain complex HR policies to employees and managers.
