Job description

Key Responsibilities • Guide new hires through completing their joining kits and compliance documents. • Create new employee profiles and official codes within the HRMS. • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date master onboarding tracker. • Share joining details with relevant teams to trigger system access and asset setup. • Manage the printing, tracking, and issuance of employee ID cards. • Send pre-joining emails and welcome communications to candidates.
