**Role & responsibilities** 1) Maintain accurate HR records. 2) Ensure daily metrics adherence. 3) Ensure performing employee engagement activities. 4) Perform contract labor related tasks. 5) Maintain headcount of blue collar workforce. 6) Perform recruitment activities for blue collar work force. 7) Ensure attrition control. 8) Maintain site level compliance records. **Preferred candidate profile** 1) Should have minimum HR background with conceptual knowledge. 2) Candidate should have minimum 15 years of education. 3) Preferred candidate should be from manufacturing background or Ecommerce background.
