**Position:** Recruiter Blue Collar Hiring **Department:** Talent Acquisition **Location:** Bangalore Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring** to manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and field workforce. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and stakeholder management while ensuring positions are closed within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline roles. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultancies, job fairs, and local hiring drives. - Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback. - Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements. - Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring data. - Coordinate with HR Operations for offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding. - Build relationships with local vendors, placement agencies, and community partners to support bulk hiring. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time. Eligibility - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 1–6 years of experience in recruitment (experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring preferred). - Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply. Required Skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Strong sourcing and coordination skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. - Good stakeholder and candidate management skills. Preferred Skills - Experience in bulk hiring for warehouse, logistics, retail, manufacturing, or field operations. - Familiarity with job portals and social media sourcing. - Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. **Preferred candidate profile**
