**Job Description:** We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **HR Talent Acquisition Associate** to join our HR team. This role is ideal for professionals with 13 years of experience in recruitment who are passionate about talent acquisition and stakeholder management. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles - Coordinate closely with third-party vendors and recruitment partners - Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor channels - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews - Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates - Ensure timely feedback collection and consistent candidate follow-ups - Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS - Handle offer roll-outs, documentation, and pre-joining formalities - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements - Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process **Skills & Requirements:** - MBA / PGDM in HR or related field - 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition - Strong verbal and written communication skills - **Proficiency in Hindi is also preferred** - Proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam) – **Tamil preferred** - Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office - Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment **What We Offer:** - Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes - Growth opportunities in HR & Talent Acquisition - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Opportunity to work with diverse hiring requirements
