Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. This role is ideal for professionals with 13 years of experience in recruitment who are passionate about talent acquisition and stakeholder management. Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles • Coordinate closely with third-party vendors and recruitment partners • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor channels • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates • Ensure timely feedback collection and consistent candidate follow-ups • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS • Handle offer roll-outs, documentation, and pre-joining formalities • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Skills & Requirements: • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Hindi is also preferred • Proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam) – Tamil preferred • Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office • Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment What We Offer: • Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes • Growth opportunities in HR & Talent Acquisition • Collaborative and supportive work environment • Opportunity to work with diverse hiring requirements
