Role & responsibilities • Partner with business leaders to support business goals and workforce planning. • Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives. • Drive performance management and employee development programs. • Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and compliance. • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management activities. • Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues. • Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, and headcount. • Collaborate with stakeholders on organizational and people-related initiatives. • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. • Support succession planning and career development programs.
