Job description

Role & responsibilities • Understand and gather hiring requirements from stakeholders. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases. • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. • Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate suitability. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback. • Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups. • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance, and joining ratio. • Manage candidate documentation, background verification, and onboarding. • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to achieve hiring targets. • Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports. • Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and procedures.
