Role Overview We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to independently manage the complete HR function for a site and partner closely with business leadership. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of core HR experience , strong exposure to HRBP responsibilities, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced site environment. The candidate will be responsible for driving people initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, HR compliance, and day-to-day HR operations while aligning people practices with business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the site, partnering with business/function heads and people managers. • Drive end-to-end HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and exits. • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide effective people solutions. • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, performance improvement plans, and talent discussions. • Support workforce planning, succession planning, internal mobility, and critical talent retention. • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business leadership. • Lead employee engagement initiatives and build a positive workplace culture at the site. • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements. • Work closely with recruitment teams for critical hiring and manpower requirements. • Partner with payroll, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and other HR teams to ensure seamless employee support. • Ensure HR processes and documentation are compliant with company policies and applicable labour laws. • Handle HR audits, documentation, reporting, and management reviews. • Identify people-related risks and proactively recommend solutions to business leaders. • Lead and mentor junior HR team members, where applicable. Candidate Profile • 8+ years of overall HR experience , with strong experience in a core HRBP role . • Experience in managing HR independently for a site/business unit is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, talent management, engagement, workforce planning, and HR processes. • Excellent stakeholder-management and influencing skills. • Strong communication, interpersonal
