Indirect Tax Manager

Job description

- Responsible for tax compliance workings and reconciliations for tax filings of the Group. - Providing indirect tax advisory support to Business Units and Internal Functions. The expectation is to correlate tax laws with Business needs along with mitigating tax exposure (if any) - Efficient management of indirect tax litigation and assessments by interacting with tax authorities and getting across Companys point of view. - Responsible for monitoring, identifying and implementing effective tax processes and controls to identify any areas of tax or process leakage - Conducting periodic tax training for internal stakeholders. - Coordinating with internal and external auditors and ensuring maintenance of complete document trail for statutory / tax audit purposes. - Coordinating with external consultants, internal stakeholders and managing the overseas tax compliances. - Apprising the team on latest tax updates having an impact on the Group.
