Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage customs clearance processes for imports and exports, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws. • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods. • Prepare and submit necessary documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. • Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during the logistics process. Job Requirements : • 2-15 years of experience in customs handling or related field (import/export). • Strong knowledge of DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) rules and regulations. • Proficiency in preparing various types of export documentation including pre-shipment documents like LCs (Letters of Credit), BRCs (Bill of Rights Certificates), etc.
