**Key Responsibilities** **Cybersecurity & Endpoint Management** - Manage enterprise endpoint security using ManageEngine Endpoint Central. - Support Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) administration and Zero Trust security initiatives. - Monitor security alerts, endpoint compliance, vulnerabilities, and patch management. - Support endpoint hardening, software deployment, and security policy enforcement. - Assist in IT security audits, ISMS implementation, and compliance activities. **Cloud & Identity Management** - Administer Google Workspace, including user lifecycle management, Groups, Organizational Units, SSO, MFA, and security policies. - Support identity and access management (IAM) and cloud security best practices. - Assist with AWS cloud administration and user access management. **IT Infrastructure** - Support Windows Servers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Fortinet Firewalls. - Manage backup operations and disaster recovery processes. - Coordinate with vendors for infrastructure implementation, troubleshooting, and security projects. **Required Skills** - Google Workspace Administration - ManageEngine Endpoint Central - Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) (Preferred) - Endpoint Security (EDR/DLP) - AWS Fundamentals - Fortinet Firewall - Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN) - Patch & Vulnerability Management - Active Directory & Identity Management (Preferred) **Preferred candidate profile** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in Google Workspace, AWS, Fortinet, Microsoft, ITIL, or Cybersecurity will be an added advantage.
