Job Title – JDE Technical 3. Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai 4. Educational Background – BE/Btech 5. Key Responsibilities – 7 + years of experience • Customization & Development: Use JDE development tools to customize applications according to specific business needs. • Requirement Analysis & Design: Review functional requirements and translate them into detailed technical design specifications that meet business objectives. • Project Delivery: Ensure that project deliverables align with business requirements and are completed within the agreed timelines. • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve development issues or bugs in both standard and custom solutions, offering effective fixes or workarounds. • Unit Testing: Conduct thorough unit tests to verify the functionality of applications/programs against requirements and design specifications. • Third-Party Integration: Manage third-party integrations with JDE, ensuring seamless compatibility and operational efficiency. • System Improvement: Provide recommendations for system enhancements, optimizing performance, and improving overall solution quality. • Code Review & Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, address performance issues in code, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Key Skills: • Extensive JDE Development Experience: Over 10 years of experience in JD Edwards (JDE) development, primarily with EnterpriseOne 9.2. • Proficiency in JDE E1 Tools: In-depth knowledge of the JDE E1 Tools Set, including OMW, Form Design, Report Design, BSFN/NER, Data Dictionary, MBF, UDC, and familiarity with C/C++ and Subsystem processing. • Third-Party Integration Expertise: Proven experience integrating JDE with external systems using modern methodologies, including JDE Orchestrator (REST APIs), Logic Extensions, BSSV, and EDI methods. • User-Defined Objects (UDO) Management: Expertise in handling Form Extensions, Grid Formats, Form Personalization, and JET Charts (UXOne) is nice to have for enhanced user experiences. • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues in both standard and custom objects. • Retrofitting During Upgrades :Skilled in retrofitting JDE objects during major version upgrades to ensure compatibility and system integrity. • Understanding of JDE CNC Processes: Comprehensive knowledge of CNC processes, including Package Builds, Table Generation, and ESU (Electronic Software Update) applications. • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies for end-to-end product delivery, ensuring flexibility and adaptability throughout the development lifecycle. • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and email writing skills, enabling clear and timely updates to team members, business stakeholders, and end-users
