Jira Administrator

Job description

- Independently administer, configure, and maintain the Atlassian Jira platform to support enterprise project management and Agile development processes. - Design and implement **complex and scalable workflows**, including configuration of **conditions, validators, and post functions** to meet business requirements. - Utilize **scripting knowledge (e.g., ScriptRunner / Groovy)** to implement advanced customizations, workflow enhancements, and automation solutions. - Configure and manage **Jira subscriptions, filters, dashboards, and scheduled notifications** to provide accurate reporting and visibility to stakeholders. - Perform **bulk issue imports, issue updates, and data migration activities** to support operational and project needs. - Install, configure, and maintain **Jira marketplace plugins**, ensuring compatibility and optimal functionality within the Jira ecosystem. - Troubleshoot complex Jira issues, provide **technical support to users**, and resolve configuration or system-related problems. - Collaborate with **product owners, project managers, and development teams** to optimize workflows and improve project tracking efficiency. - Perform **system maintenance and optimization**, including cleanup of unused projects, workflows, custom fields, and configurations to maintain system performance. **Work Environment:** - This role is in a **manufacturing company environment**. - **Work from Office is mandatory** (No Hybrid / No Remote).
