**Knowledge Management Specialist** **Role Overview** This role is critical to the success of Mastek HUB, Mastek's enterprise knowledge platform. The individual will help transform HUB into a trusted, AI-enabled knowledge ecosystem by ensuring business-critical content is curated, discoverable, and readily accessible. The role directly contributes to improving organizational productivity, accelerating sales enablement, and strengthening Mastek's AI-driven knowledge initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end content lifecycle on HUB, including uploads, updates, governance, and quality control. - Maintain and enhance strategic assets such as case studies, win stories, testimonials, solution offerings, and industry collateral. - Perform tagging, metadata management, and content structuring to improve searchability and AI-driven recommendations. - Collaborate with Service Line Leaders and business stakeholders to ensure content relevance and accuracy. - Support HUB adoption initiatives by ensuring users have access to trusted and actionable knowledge. - Contribute to AI enablement efforts by preparing and organizing content for intelligent search and automation use cases. **Candidate Profile** - 2–4 years of experience in content management, knowledge management, business operations, or related functions. - Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SharePoint, CMS, or knowledge repositories. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and strong content governance capabilities. **Business Impact** - Strengthen HUB as the single source of truth across Mastek. - Improve productivity through better knowledge accessibility and reuse. - Support AI-driven initiatives by creating structured and discoverable enterprise knowledge assets. - Enable faster sales, presales, and delivery outcomes through effective knowledge management.
