Job Opening: Field Executive - Land Acquisition Location: Bhuj, Gandhidham & Jamnagar CTC: Up to 4.0 LPA Qualification: Any Graduate Job Summary We are seeking Field Executives for Land Acquisition to support land identification, stakeholder coordination, document verification, and acquisition activities across Bhuj, Gandhidham, and Jamnagar. Key Responsibilities • Identify and survey potential land parcels as per project requirements. • Coordinate with landowners and local stakeholders. • Collect, verify, and maintain land-related documents and records. • Assist in land acquisition and agreement execution processes. • Conduct field visits and provide regular status updates. • Liaise with local authorities and government offices as required. Desired Candidate Profile • Experience in Land Acquisition, Real Estate, Field Sales, or similar field-based roles. • Basic to good knowledge of local land documentation, revenue records, registrations, and agreements will be an added advantage. • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Familiarity with the local geography and market. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Eligibility Criteria • Any Graduate. • Relevant experience in a similar industry, field sales, or land acquisition activities preferred. • Must own a two-wheeler. • Valid Driving License is mandatory.
