MIS REPORTING, PPT, ADVANCE EXCEL Accounting & Finance Preparation of Legal Annual budget Legal Expenses- preparation of Monthly provision based on forecast and submit to finance by 30th of every month Onboarding lawyers, Maintaining approvals and onboarding docs Verifying the invoices received and sending to Legal team for approval Obtaining Legal team, HOD approval and processing the invoices Uploading the invoices in system- Coordinating for SAP approval Intimate the law firm on payment disbursal. TDS coordination. Obtaining Quarterly No Dues Certificate from all law firm- before 10th of next Q Office management Assignment tracker collate and submit on due date, report on long pending assignments Team Activity / Calendar Tracker Dashboard & Action plan , update tracker Maintaining and updating MIS, Formatting excels. MIS and Tracking & Remind team and collate reports Travel budget tracking and Arrangements, coordination with admn / Yatra/ Cab service provider, Calendar planning for Legal team activities & Setting reminders to team, Submission of various reports on due date. Preparing PPT decks POA Process management Maintain POA tracker Issuing POA as per process. Reissuing OLD POA to fresh Sending renewal mails Renewing POA before expiry. Collecting original POA and cancelling POA Documents management Maintaining inward & outward register for legal dept. Keeping records of reply send to governments/ important documents in files Bonds/ undertaking files Executing agreement. Filing executed agreement in store room Entire legal store / file management Legal Library / books management Office Administration Any procurement / purchasing for legal dept. Stamp duty procurement Notary Coordaining with Admin for stationaries/ admin requirements IT assets management GC office documents printing/ scanning Legal team engagement tracker
