Job description

Role & responsibilities: supports legal cases, drafts and vets agreements, and handles debt recovery processes for vehicle loans. Responsibilities include initiating legal proceedings for asset repossession, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with internal teams and external counsel 1. Resolution of Disposal contracts (Loss on Sale). 2. Resolution of Critical NPA cases (13-24  Aging). 3. Customer visits / Police station visits. 4. Against case management 5. Managing locally filed litigation (138/EP). Preferred candidate profile: LLB with 0 to 1 Year of experience candidates are eligible. "Frequent travel may be required based on business needs."
