About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Logistics Executive** to manage **Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, and Dispatch Operations**. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, transporters, production, procurement, and customers to ensure seamless movement of materials and finished goods while achieving cost, quality, and delivery targets. Key Responsibilities Inbound Logistics - Plan and coordinate inbound transportation of raw materials and components from suppliers. - Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely material availability for production. - Coordinate with suppliers and transport partners to resolve shipment delays and delivery issues. - Track inbound shipments and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders. - Maintain logistics documentation related to inbound movement. Outbound Logistics - Plan and execute outbound shipments as per customer delivery schedules. - Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch. - Monitor shipments until delivery and proactively resolve transportation-related issues. - Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and customer commitments. - Optimize transportation routes and logistics costs. Dispatch Operations - Plan daily dispatch activities in line with production and customer requirements. - Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transporter documents. - Coordinate with transport partners for timely pickup and delivery. - Ensure compliance with statutory and transportation regulations during dispatch. Transport Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with transporters and logistics service providers. - Monitor transporter performance, freight costs, transit time, and service levels. - Resolve transportation issues and implement corrective actions to improve logistics performance. - Support freight negotiations and identify opportunities for cost optimization. MIS & Compliance - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports. - Track logistics KPIs including: - On-Time Dispatch - On-Time Delivery (OTD) - Transit Time - Freight Cost - Vehicle Utilization - Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline. - 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics operations within Automotive, EV, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors. - Hands-on experience in inbound logistics, outbound logistics, dispatch planning, and transporter management. - Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
