Welfare Officer Plant HR / IR Palwal, Haryana Euler Motors is looking for an experienced Welfare Officer to join our plant HR team and support our growing EV manufacturing operations. Experience: 5 to 10 Years What were looking for: • Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations • Blue-collar / workmen handling • Labour law & statutory compliance • Employee grievance handling • Contract labour management • Government liaisoning • Welfare facilities & employee engagement • Disciplinary matters / domestic enquiry • Union handling will be an advantage • Experience supporting new projects / workforce expansion is preferred Qualifications: MSW / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations preferred.
