Logistics Manager – D2C & E-commerce Location: Mumbai | Experience: 5–8 years We’re looking for a Logistics Manager who can move faster, spend smarter, and make our delivery engine better. What you’ll own: • Drive faster deliveries and improved TAT across the network. • Reduce logistics costs through better planning, negotiations and process optimisation. • Manage 3PL, courier and last-mile partners and hold them accountable for performance. • Improve key metrics including OTIF, RTO, NDR, COD and delivery TAT . • Identify bottlenecks, build smarter processes and continuously improve operational efficiency. • Work closely with warehouse, customer support and business teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. • Build a logistics operation that is faster, leaner and scalable . What we’re looking for: • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in D2C / E-commerce logistics. • Strong experience in last-mile, reverse logistics and 3PL management . • Proven track record of reducing costs and improving delivery speed . • Highly data-driven, commercially sharp and process-oriented. • Someone who sees a problem and thinks: “How do we make this faster and cheaper?” Send your CV to recruitment@flomattress.com
