Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai (On-site) Experience: 3–5 Years About Flo Mattress Flo Mattress is one of India's fastest-growing D2C sleep and comfort brands. We are focused on thoughtful design, quality products, and building meaningful customer experiences through clear and impactful communication. We are looking for a Lead Content Specialist who can take complete ownership of the brand's content function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining content strategy with hands-on execution and can manage multiple content initiatives while coordinating with external partners. Key Responsibilities Content Development • Write and edit blogs, articles, buying guides, and other long-form content. • Own website content, including landing pages, category pages, and product pages. • Create marketplace content for Amazon and Flipkart. • Develop product messaging, feature narratives, and customer-focused copy. • Ensure all content maintains high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. Community & Thought Leadership • Create informative and authoritative content for platforms such as Quora and Reddit. • Research relevant industry topics and customer pain points. • Repurpose community insights into content opportunities across channels. Agency Management Serve as the primary point of contact for: • SEO agencies • AEO/GEO agencies • PR agencies • Awards and recognition partners Content Strategy • Build and manage monthly content calendars. • Conduct keyword and topic research. • Optimize existing content to improve organic performance. • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints. Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Wellness, Lifestyle, Beauty, or Consumer brands. • Excellent written English, grammar, and storytelling skills. • Ability to create both long-form and short-form content. • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization. • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external agencies. • Strong research, editing, and proofreading capabilities. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and ownership-driven. Preferred Qualifications • Experience writing for Quora, Reddit, or similar community platforms. • Exposure to PR content, media communication, or award submissions. • Familiarity with AEO/GEO and structured content frameworks. • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content workflows.
