Job Description - -------------- **Location Name:** Delhi - Pitampura **Job Purpose** This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. **Duties And Responsibilities** Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the area assigned. * Credit appraisal for BL \& Doctor Loans files for the assigned location * Keeping delinquency under control * Compliance of policy and processes * Reporting of location metrics like Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, Deviation on monthly basis as per prescribed format * Market Research and Feedback for new product launch. * Feed back on credit policy based on market conditions. **Required Qualifications And Experience ** Chartered Accountant /MBA Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Has worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in unsecured high ticket size loans Positive attitude and team player
