Manager - Communication Training

Job description

- Training on verbal communication skills & train on enhanced Comm skills - Ability to train on basic grammar, and create verbiage content & training material - Ability to train on voice modulation/pitch and tone neutralization - Creating & updating content on communication & grooming training end to end - Conduct ILT for all rostered batches. - Create training content & train on behavioural subjects - Maintain accurate records of performance - Use LMS for all documentation & create video training modules - Demonstrate good team player skills & Akasa Values - Conduct developmental needs analysis, plan & establish trainings & professional development programs accordingly - Should be ready to travel at any time for task assigned. Should be ready to relocate based on job requirement - Conduct Communication & Grooming round interviews for frontline staff - Candidate must have previous communication training experience. Experience in behavioral training will be an advantage. - Conduct Grooming & Etiquette training for all required staff, inclusive of makeup skills - Conduct Grooming Checks, BMI Check for all required staff during training or at stations - Understand organizational MU/Grooming norms & ensure 100% adherence for all staff. - Ensure to stay updated on market trends for makeup styles & products. - Should have knowledge on different skin & type and texture - Collaborate with brands to get good deals for our staff
