Job description

• Training on verbal communication skills & train on enhanced Comm skills • Ability to train on basic grammar, and create verbiage content & training material • Ability to train on voice modulation/pitch and tone neutralization • Creating & updating content on communication & grooming training end to end • Conduct ILT for all rostered batches. • Create training content & train on behavioural subjects • Maintain accurate records of performance • Use LMS for all documentation & create video training modules • Demonstrate good team player skills & Akasa Values • Conduct developmental needs analysis, plan & establish trainings & professional development programs accordingly • Should be ready to travel at any time for task assigned. Should be ready to relocate based on job requirement • Conduct Communication & Grooming round interviews for frontline staff • Candidate must have previous communication training experience. Experience in behavioral training will be an advantage. • Conduct Grooming & Etiquette training for all required staff, inclusive of makeup skills • Conduct Grooming Checks, BMI Check for all required staff during training or at stations • Understand organizational MU/Grooming norms & ensure 100% adherence for all staff. • Ensure to stay updated on market trends for makeup styles & products. • Should have knowledge on different skin & type and texture • Collaborate with brands to get good deals for our staff
