Project Planning and Management** - Lead mechanical scope planning, execution strategy, and resource planning for projects. - Prepare and review project schedules, manpower planning, and execution methodologies. - Coordinate with process, civil, electrical, instrumentation, safety, and procurement teams. - Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to meet timelines and budgets. **2. Mechanical Engineering and Execution** - Overall responsibility for erection and installation of static and rotary equipment such as reactors, columns, heat exchangers, tanks, pumps, compressors, agitators, etc. - Ensure compliance with approved drawings, P and IDs, layouts, specifications, and standards. - Supervise piping fabrication and erection, pipe racks, supports, welding, NDT, testing, insulation, and painting. - Resolve site engineering issues and provide technical guidance to execution teams. **3.
