**Looking for a seasoned HR lead to manage HR for acquired entities and partner closely with business leaders to drive impact at scale.** **What you’ll do:** - Act as a BPHR to subsidiary leadership & HR teams, aligning people strategy with business goals - Lead HR stabilization and integration across acquired entities - Drive HR governance, compliance, and process alignment across geographies - Serve as a brand ambassador for the corporate organization, ensuring alignment while respecting local cultures - Enable a consistent and scalable employee experience across entities **What we’re looking for:** - Strong Business HR (BPHR) experience, - Experience managing subsidiary / multi-entity HR environments - Ability to balance standardization with local flexibility - Strong stakeholder management and execution capability **Why join us:** Be part of shaping a future-ready HR ecosystem—driving transformation across geographies and businesses at scale
