Job Description We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to lead all Human Resources initiatives for our Trichy facility. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, aligning business objectives with employee management and driving a high-performance, engaged culture. You will be the primary HR point of contact for the site, overseeing everything from employee relations and talent management to organizational design and compliance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnering & Site Leadership • Act as a strategic partner to the Site Leader and local management team, translating business goals into actionable HR strategies. • Coach and advise managers on leadership development, organizational design, and change management. • Use HR metrics (such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement scores) to identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve site performance. Employee Relations & Engagement • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective workplace investigations when necessary. • Champion site culture and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment. • Manage and resolve complex employee grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. Talent Management & Workforce Planning • Drive the annual performance management cycle for the site, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations. • Partner with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring needs, participate in interviews for key roles, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. • Identify high-potential employees and facilitate succession planning and career development programs tailored to the site's needs. HR Operations & Compliance • Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and national labor laws and regulations. • Oversee the administration of local HR policies, compensation reviews, and benefits rollout. • Partner with central HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) such as Payroll, Benefits, and Learning & Development to deliver seamless HR services to the site. Qualifications & Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree or HR certification like SHRM-CP/SCP or CIPD is highly preferred). • Experience: 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role supporting a dedicated site or facility. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and employee relations best practices. • Skills: Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to build trust quickly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
