Job Description Roles & Responsibilities 1.Design, develop, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the ICICI Bank SC Channel to track business performance and productivity. 2.Drive strategic initiatives to improve premium growth, channel productivity, business penetration, and market share across the SC Channel. 3.Analyze channel performance through MIS dashboards, business reports, and data analytics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. 4.Publish daily, weekly, and monthly business MIS, scorecards, and performance dashboards for senior management and channel stakeholders. 5.Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Technology, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. 6.Prepare channel presentations, business reviews, and management decks highlighting key performance metrics, business insights, and action plans. 7.Track achievement of business targets and channel deliverables, ensuring timely execution of strategic priorities. 8.Support the rollout of new products, campaigns, and process enhancements across the ICICI Bank SC Channel. 9.Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve channel efficiency, productivity, customer acquisition, and business profitability. 10.Handle ad-hoc data analysis, business reports, and management requests to support decision-making. 11.Monitor process adherence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the channel. 12.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve business issues and ensure timely closure of escalations. 13.Drive automation and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness. 14.Support business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic projects for the SC Channel. 15.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while managing multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
