Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - Fountainhead Job Purpose “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Duties And Responsibilities • Carry out Investigations under Mind Your Behavior policy or any other complaints as per defined timelines. • Recommend action to BAC committee basis severity of the case & Mind Your Behavior policy. • Ensure adherence of Mind Your Behavior policy and Code of Conduct Policy. • Collect complete information from respective HR Partner. • Drafting and Issuance of Warning Letters as per process. • MIS maintenance & sharing with respective stakeholders as per defined timelines. • Guide HR Partners on various employee related issues • Support in other special assignments. Required Qualifications And Experience • MBA or equivalent degree with relevant experience • Go getter & self-starter • Strong analytical & reasoning abilities • Strong report writing & investigation knowledge • Strong written & verbal communication
