**Location Name:** Pune Corporate Office - Fountainhead **Job Purpose** “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” **Duties And Responsibilities** - Carry out Investigations under Mind Your Behavior policy or any other complaints as per defined timelines. - Recommend action to BAC committee basis severity of the case & Mind Your Behavior policy. - Ensure adherence of Mind Your Behavior policy and Code of Conduct Policy. - Collect complete information from respective HR Partner. - Drafting and Issuance of Warning Letters as per process. - MIS maintenance & sharing with respective stakeholders as per defined timelines. - Guide HR Partners on various employee related issues - Support in other special assignments. **Required Qualifications And Experience** - MBA or equivalent degree with relevant experience - Go getter & self-starter - Strong analytical & reasoning abilities - Strong report writing & investigation knowledge - Strong written & verbal communication
