**Roles and Responsibilities** - Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales revenue through effective relationship management with key stakeholders. - Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate deals to drive growth. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions on product offerings and pricing. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 3-8 years of experience in insurance sales or related field; preferably in an agency development role. - Strong understanding of APC (Agency Performance Contract), agency development principles, and sales techniques. - Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
