**Experience : 4 to 12 years** **Location : Varanavasi, Oragadam (Kanchipuram)** **Roles & Responsibilities :** - **Good coordination with PDT members to align the NPD targets** - **Good coordination with customer** - **Knowledge and practicing in PPAP process** - **Knowledge and practicing in 4M change management** - **Good knowledge in GDNT** - **Thorough knowledge in drawing study and feasibility study** - **Fixture design based on the input part** - **Handling of setting and programming in CNC turning /VMC/Gear cutting machine** - **Selection of cutting tools in CNC turning /VMC/Gear cutting machine** - **Selection of working holding in CNC turning /VMC/Gear cutting machine** - **Knowledge in trouble shooting of work holdings and tooling in CNC turning /VMC/Gear cutting machine** - **LPS tools and techniques** - **Process improvement techniques** - **Cycle time reduction and setup time reduction** - **Knowledge in process costing** - **Knowledge in process validation** - **Customer Quality** - **Program Management** **Desired Profile :** 1. **Team Working/ Team spirit** 2. **Good communication skills** 3. **Analytical Ability & Problem Solving** 4. **Experience in relevant industries**
