Were Hiring | Growth Manager – Payments Location: Pune Experience: 1–3 Years | Fintech Are you someone who loves growth, digital payments, data & solving complex problems? We’re looking for a Growth Manager – Payments to drive the adoption, engagement and growth of our payments programs at Fibe. What you’ll own: • Drive payments growth, adoption & performance across customer segments • Build and optimize offers, campaigns, in-app placements & new payment initiatives • Manage relationships with Banks, NPCI & ecosystem partners • Leverage data to identify trends, gaps & growth opportunities • Improve customer journeys and payment experiences • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Risk, Operations, Compliance & Marketing • Own reporting, dashboards, escalations & performance tracking We’re looking for: • 1–3 years of experience in Fintech • Strong understanding of UPI, Cards & Bank-led Payments in India • Strong problem-solving & root-cause analysis skills • Ownership mindset + attention to detail • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment If payments + growth + fintech sounds like your kind of space, we’d love to hear from you!
