**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Plan and execute BTL marketing activities for the open market channel. - Conduct canopy/umbrella activations and local promotional campaigns. - Organize SME association meets and market outreach initiatives. - Manage pamphlet distribution campaigns and local engagement programs for lead generation. - Drive regional business growth through effective marketing execution. - Prepare and manage monthly marketing calendars. **Job Requirements :** - Proven track record of developing successful promotional campaigns that drive sales growth. - Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, and messaging. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders. - Experience in managing marketing promotions, promotional activities, and promotional campaigns. - Ability to coordinate with local partners and agencies for campaign execution. - 2-4 years of experience in marketing.
