**Medico-Marketing & Brand Strategy Lead** **Job Description:** Medico-Marketing & Brand Strategy Lead is a strategic, global marketing role responsible for shaping therapy-anchored brand strategy for biosimilars & generic formulation across advanced and emerging markets. **Business Area:** Global Marketing Communications **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Therapy & Disease Area Strategy** - Serve as the global therapy expert for assigned disease areas. - Identify unmet needs, patient journey gaps, and biosimilar adoption barriers across advanced and emerging markets. **2. Medico-Marketing Narrative & Value Proposition** - Define the core scientific and clinical story for each brand. - Translate evidence into clear, compliant, and differentiated medico-marketing narratives. **3. Global Brand & Launch Strategy Input** - Shape global brand positioning and messaging frameworks. - Provide therapy-anchored strategic inputs for new product launches and lifecycle plans. **4. Market Insight Synthesis** - Lead cross-market insight generation (HCP, payer, practice). - Synthesize insights into strategic hypotheses and launch assumptions for regions. **5. Medical–Marketing Bridge & Governance** - Partner with Medical Affairs to align evidence, claims, and messaging. - Establish standards for scientific storytelling and medico-marketing excellence within GMC. **Skills/Experience:** - 10 - 15 years of experience in Medico-marketing, Brand strategy, medical affairs–marketing interface, Biosimilars / biologics / specialty pharma. - Understanding of the Oncology/immunology/Diabetes therapy area - Proven experience in therapy-led brand building with hands-on involvement in global or regional product launches. - Experience across advanced (US/EU) markets - Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance constraints **Educational Qualification:** - Advanced degree preferred: MD, PharmD, PhD, or M.Pharm + MBA with strong clinical exposure in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
