**Designation** (Mechanical) **Qualification & Experience -** Candidate should be B.E. in **Mechanical Engineering** with minimum 15-20 years **or** Diploma in ***Mechanical Engineering*** with 18 to 22 years of relevant experience in design and execution of **Mechanical** for residential and commercial projects & considerable numbers of years’ experience in real estate grade A developer. Candidate should meet below Job description, **Technical:-** 1. Complete understanding of local and international design standards, code & local authority requirements. 2. Sound knowledge on Design calculations such as Water demand Calculations, Elevator Traffic Analysis, AC, equipment selection etc. 3. Review and approve MEP designs / DBR / Reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project specifications 4. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, BIM Team and consultants to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the design. 5. MEP Infra design capabilities- Floor Risk analysis interpretation, Storm Water Design criteria’s, STP, etc 6. Assist in the development of standard operating procedures relevant to mechanical/Mechanical and plumbing engineering. 7. Value Engineering / suggestions on Mechanical design requirements 8. Optimize MEP designs for energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. 9. Improvise design and material specifications for cost optimisation 10. Experience and macro level knowledge in Electrical & ELV system. 11. Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings and design intent. Good in coordination of services. 12. Periodic Site visits for review of quality MEP installations and design implementation. 13. Good in Co- ordination with relevant stake holders for follow up and approvals. 14. Good in Review and approval of consultant / vendor drawings and material submittals. 15. Attending design / Site Meetings and providing technical solutions for design / site MEP issues. 16. Coordination with Commercial and procurement team for cost/design inputs and tender technical discussions. 17. Coordinate with liaising department. 18. Active participation in meeting and discussions with valid inputs. 19. Technical review of products for rate contract. 20. Coordination and document preparation for Authority submission. 21. Periodic status update on deliverables to management **Managerial:-** 1. Positively Motivate Leadership skills require to resolve coordination issues and inter departmental coordination. 1. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. 3. Motivated and target oriented deliverables. 4. Monitor and control the project deliverables, schedule from zones MEP team, consultants and contractors. 5. Manage internal & external stakeholders. 6. Team work and binding force amongst group. 7. Review consultant invoice and variation claim by contractors. 8. Manage resources for in-house working. 9. Softspoken, presentable, committed and can do approach. **Skills:-** 1. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. 2. Team Management & mentoring skills. 3. Proficiency in MEP design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant tools. 4. Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point. 5. Should be a team player and has positive approach to change. 6.
