Job description

**Job Purpose:** To lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (MEPF) works across the project ensuring design intent, technical compliance, cost efficiency, and timely delivery in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** **A.** **Shop Drawings & Technical Coordination** - Prepare overall **MEPF execution strategy and schedule** aligned with project timelines. - Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal civil/architecture teams. - Review and approve **shop drawings** prepared by engineers and contractors before submission to consultants. - Identify design gaps, interface issues, and coordinate timely resolution. **B.** **Execution & Supervision** - Oversee and guide site engineers for execution of all MEPF systems as per approved shop drawings and project specifications. - Review daily and weekly progress reports, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality benchmarks. - Monitor contractor performance, manpower deployment, and material planning. - Ensuring work is being executed post approval mockup for each type of activity - Monitor contractor progress and resolve site-level issues promptly. - Bill certification for related packages **C.** **Cost and Quality Control** - Verify testing and commissioning procedures and approve final reports. - Conduct technical reviews of equipment selection and material submittals. - Monitor project budgets for MEPF scope and control cost deviations. - Enforce strict adherence to safety norms for all MEPF works. - Ensure documentation, including shop drawing approvals, test reports, and as-built drawings, is complete and updated. - Ensuring seamless handovers of all services to FM in given timeline. **D.** **Team Leadership** - Lead, guide, and mentor MEPF engineers in technical and site management aspects. - Drive accountability, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving within the team. **Education Qualification:** - B.E./B.Tech Electrical/Mechanical - 10 to 12 Years
