Job description

• Monitoring Day to Day KPIs and have discussions with respective overseas Business Units relating to the operations and projects • Assisting in documentation with respect to various discussions with the Government Agencies/ Institutions etc. • Assisting in Negotiations with respect to various accords/ strategic opportunities/ tie ups • Looking and analysing various M&A opportunities and propositions • Assisting team in Communication with Banks/ Institutions on various terms and conditions for respective business unit fund raising • Assist team in Relationship development with the international banks for participation in various facilities in US and Italy • Analysis of various operational aspects for process and efficiency improvements • Involvement in Financial Projections and day to day cost and efficiency analysis • preparation and upkeep of daily data and MIS relating to respective business unit • keeping track of daily, weekly and monthly operational data and alerting management of any inconsistencies.
