**Key Skills:** Application Development, D365, Ms Sql, Dynamic CRM, Api, Power Apps, Power automate **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE applications and modules. - Develop custom plugins, workflows, and workflow activities, and implement integrations using C# and .NET. - Configure and customize Dynamics 365 components including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service (preferred). - Build and support SSRS reports and SQL-based reporting solutions for data-driven CRM insights. - Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges; apply solution management best practices. **Skills Required:** - 5-10 years of relevant hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and enterprise application customization. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE development with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. - C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core for plugin and workflow development. - Dataverse, REST API development, and CRM customization/configuration including business rules and ribbon customizations. - SQL reporting and SSRS report development, including complex SQL query work and data-driven reporting. Good to Have: - Power Apps and Power Automate for extending CRM capabilities with Microsoft Power Platform. - Azure integration services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure API Management. **Education:**  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
