Network Support Engineer (L1/L2) | @Datamatics Key Responsibilities • Provide L1/L2 support for network and infrastructure issues. • Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks. • Manage routers, switches, patch panels, and structured cabling. • Perform cable configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. • Administer user accounts in Active Directory. • Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity. • Support desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
