Skills and Tools Required: - Strong clinical and patient assessment skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology. - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and infection control procedures. - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred. - Nursing degree and valid nursing license are required.
