Key Responsibilities: • Assess and monitor patients' health status and vital signs. • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. • Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures. • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-treatment care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. • Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients. • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. • Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed. • Participate in training and professional development activities. Skills and Tools Required: • Strong clinical and patient assessment skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and infection control procedures. • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred. • Nursing degree and valid nursing license are required.
