Manipal Hospitals is AAHRPP accredited and most of the hospitals in its network are NABH, NABL, ER, Blood Bank accredited and recognized for Nursing Excellence. **Role**: Nursing Head **Locatio**n: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India **What You’ll Do:** Monitor and Update Quality Indicators: Ensure monthly monitoring and updates of nursing clinical and non-clinical parameters in the KPI dashboard, including trend analysis of incidents, RCA, and CAPA effectiveness. Nursing Dashboard and Data Reporting: Compile and update the monthly Nursing Dashboard with valid and reliable data for corporate analysis within set timelines. Active Participation in Quality and Safety Meetings: Engage in all Quality and Safety meetings, ensuring timely updates and closure of escalated issues. Quality Manual Review and Protocol Implementation: Participate in the review and implementation of clinical and non-clinical work instructions, infection control, and nursing protocols while ensuring compliance. Accreditation and Audit Participation: Play an active role in all accreditation and certification audits, ensuring timely closure of observations within the set timelines. Enhance Patient Experience: Promote a "patient-first" culture, providing compassionate and personalized care, addressing concerns promptly, and implementing patient experience initiatives like post-discharge follow-ups. Address Customer Complaints: Monitor and resolve customer complaints related to nursing care with RCA and CAPA, focusing on process improvement and preventive measures. Process Improvement and Documentation: Ensure prompt implementation of clinician orders, accurate nursing documentation, and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance care delivery. Inventory and Equipment Management: Manage inventory efficiently, reduce inventory days, ensure effective utilization and maintenance of biomedical equipment under nursing accountability. People Management and Staff Development: Collaborate with HR for nurse life cycle management, conduct training, mentorship programs, and ensure career progression through upskilling, performance reviews, and cross functional engagement. **What We Are Looking for:** 1. BSc/MSC Nursing 2. Minimum of 7+ years of experience (inclusive of clinical and administration) 3. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. 4.
