Job description

Roles and Responsibilities • Ensure plant security by implementing effective measures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and damage. • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks and take necessary actions to mitigate them. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive loss prevention program to minimize losses due to theft, vandalism, accidents, etc. • Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to report incidents and investigate crimes committed on or near company property. • Provide training on physical security protocols to employees and contractors. Desired Candidate Profile • 5-10 years of experience in army retired or related field (security management). • Strong understanding of industrial security principles and practices. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
