Job description

• Design and deliver behavioral training programs for employees across various levels. • Develop high-quality training content, modules, and materials aligned with ADDIE model business requirements. • Conduct corporate training sessions and webinars effectively. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. • Utilize modern tools to create engaging training content and presentations. • Manage and update Learning Management System (LMS) content and training records. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in Behavioral Training in a corporate environment. • Strong background in Content Development (mandatory). • Hands-on experience in conducting corporate trainings and webinars. • Working knowledge of LMS tools (mandatory). • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Strong people management and stakeholder handling skills. • Strong background in Content Development (mandatory).
