**Oracle EBS Sr Application Developer.** **Exp : 7-9 Years.** **Work Location: Bangalore** **Work Mode : Work From Office( All 5 Days)** **Position Overview:** Working as an integral part of Agile development team, this role will require close and continuous collaboration with the Product Owner, Business Analysts and cross functional teams to analyze business requirements, develop technical solutions, and provide support for ERP systems throughout their lifecycle. We embrace Agile principles and value collaboration, transparency and delivering business value. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP management processes, strong programming skills, and a proven track record of successful ERP implementations. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with business users, IT product owners, and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical recommendations. - Design, develop and deploy custom enhancements (Oracle APEX), Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows based on approved design patterns and best practices. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and unit test scripts. - Participates in Scrum rituals including daily stand ups and retrospectives. - Ensure adherence to coding and development standards, as well as performance optimization techniques. - Collaborate with other software developers and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions and resolve interdependencies. - Maintain a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement, suggesting ideas and implementing solutions to enhance ERP systems' functionality, performance, and user experience. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to ERP development. **Requirements:** - **Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.** - **Proven experience as an ERP Developer, with at least 5 years in a senior role.** - **Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.** - **Experience on the following is a must.** - **PL/SQL programming, advanced SQL tuning, Oracle APEX, Workflows** - **APIs with REST/JSON/SOAP/XML** - Experience on the following is a plus. - Certification in ERP systems - GitHub DevOps - Demonstrated experience with integrating ERP with systems of significant size and complexity. - Willingness to learn new technologies and adaptable to work on new platforms. - Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
