Job Requirements • 814 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SaaS SCM. • Proven experience in Oracle WMS Cloud and Oracle Inventory Management Cloud. • Strong understanding of warehouse operations including: • Inbound • Outbound • Picking • Packing • Shipping • Cycle Counting • Hands-on configuration experience in Inventory Management, including: • Organizations • Sub-inventories • Item setup • Min/Max planning • Inventory transactions • Hands-on configuration experience in Warehouse Management, including: • Receiving • Put-away • Picking rules • Task management • Wave planning • Shipping • Experience with inventory valuation, costing integration, and material transactions. • Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, BIP Reports, OTBI, FBDI, and ADFdi. • Experience integrating WMS and Inventory with Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Financials. • Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle SaaS SCM implementations involving Inventory/WMS. • Strong troubleshooting and production support experience. • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functional and technical teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle WMS Cloud and Inventory Management Cloud. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Prepare functional design and solution documents. • Configure order orchestration, pricing, fulfillment lines, approval rules, and exception management. • Configure procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing, supplier onboarding, and contracts. • Design and validate integrations with Inventory, Shipping, Finance, and external systems. • Support data migration activities using FBDI and ADFdi templates. • Coordinate with technical teams for extensions, reports, and integrations. • Perform functional testing and support SIT/UAT cycles. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional defects. • Provide go-live and hypercare support. • Handle post-production issues and provide timely resolutions. • Conduct user training sessions. • Prepare user manuals, configuration documents, and other functional documentation. • Ensure compliance with business controls, audit requirements, and standard Oracle SaaS best practices.
