We’re Hiring: Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) **Location: Andheri, Mumbai** **About Allo Health:** Allo Health is India’s largest chain of sexual health clinics, operating 45+ clinics across the country. Our mission is to improve sexual healthcare through expert consultations, therapy, diagnostics, and technology-driven care. **Who We're Looking For:** Someone who communicates clearly, handles patients with professionalism, and takes ownership of their work. **What You'll Do:** - Guide patients through their consultation journey - Act as a link between the doctor and the patient - Handle calls, messages, and follow-ups - Support day-to-day clinic and clinical operations - Ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience **Requirements:** - Proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi (locals preferred) - Clear communication skills - Professional and respectful approach - Basic computer knowledge - Takes ownership and responsibility **Job Type: Part-Time, On-site** **Compensation : ₹20,000 per month** **Working Hours:** **11:00 am - 8:00 pm** **Work Days: 6 days a week (Including Saturday and Sunday)** If you’re someone who takes ownership and ensures a smooth patient experience, this role is for you.
