Our technology starts with you.** **Key Responsibilities** **Learning Technology Leadership** - Own the overall learning technology experience across the LMS/LXP ecosystem, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly learner journey. - Act as the primary point of contact for learning technology governance, standards, and process control. - Partner with HR Innovation, HRMS, IT, and global/regional HR stakeholders to define system enhancements and digital learning priorities. - Evaluate and recommend learning technology improvements, automation opportunities, and digital adoption initiatives. - Support the rollout of new learning technologies, features, and tools, ensuring business readiness and stakeholder alignment. **Governance and Process Control** - Define, maintain, and enforce governance standards for LMS processes, content lifecycle, user access, workflows, and data quality. - Ensure process consistency across countries, regions, and business units while accommodating local compliance requirements. - Maintain documentation for learning technology processes, controls, SOPs, and user support procedures. - Monitor adherence to global learning processes and identify gaps, risks, and control breakdowns. - Drive continuous improvement by simplifying workflows, reducing manual interventions, and standardizing operations. **Stakeholder and Vendor Management** - Act as the escalation point for learning technology and governance-related issues. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve system, process, and access issues in a timely manner. - Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution for LMS-related changes or enhancements. - Coordinate with vendors and technical partners to ensure service levels and issue resolution targets are met. **Leadership Management** - Lead, coach, and develop team members supporting learning operations, reporting, or systems administration. - Allocate responsibilities, monitor workload, and ensure service continuity and quality. - Conduct performance reviews, regular check-ins, and development planning for direct reports. - Build capability within the team on learning systems, governance standards, and process excellence. **Reporting and Insights** - Oversee the quality and reliability of learning data, dashboards, and management reporting. - Track platform usage, adoption, learner engagement, completion rates, and system/data issues. - Provide insights to support leadership decision-making and identify improvement areas. **Opportunities** - Shape the transformation of learning services through automation, analytics, and digital user experience. - Influence global learning governance standards and service model design. - Contribute to the maturity of the L&D function as a digitally enabled service. **Qualifications** - Over 6 years’ experience in HR Services, L&D operations, learning technology, or HR systems roles. - Strong experience with LMS/LXP platforms and learning operations governance. - Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and lead process improvement initiatives. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and control discipline. - Experience working with HR systems such as Oracle, Workday, CSOD, SuccessFactors, or SAP. - Familiarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow. - Advanced Excel/reporting skills and experience with dashboards or learning analytics. - Experience leading people and/or coordinating multi-country workstreams. - Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification preferred.
