Performance Analyst / Monitoring - Solar O&M

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Conduct performance analysis of solar power plants using data from SCADA systems, PowerCurve software, and other sources. • Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in plant operations through detailed monitoring reports. • Monitor status of solar sites through remote monitoring/SCADA system, coordinate with site/O&M contractors for quick restoration of stopped solar assets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions based on findings from performance analysis. • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for solar power plants. Job Requirements : • 7-18 years of experience in the renewable energy industry with a focus on solar power or related fields. • Strong understanding of analytics tools such as PowerCurve, SCADA systems, and other relevant software platforms. • Experience with performance analysis techniques including data mining, statistical modeling, and visualization.
