**Performance Marketing Manager** **Experience- 3+ years** **Location Gurgaon** **About the Role** We are looking for a highly driven and data-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to scale our D2C business through impactful digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid media, conversion optimization, analytics, and retention marketing, with a proven track record of driving ROAS and revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. - Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for D2C/eCommerce business. - Monitor and improve campaign performance through data-driven optimization and A/B testing. - Develop and execute Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve funnel performance. - Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and customer journeys using GA4 and other analytics tools. - Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to improve ad performance and user engagement. - Manage retargeting, audience segmentation, and retention campaigns using tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, or WebEngage. - Track KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and LTV. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in Fashion, Lifestyle, Premium D2C, or eCommerce brands. - Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. - Proven experience in scaling campaigns with strong ROAS delivery. - Good understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies. - Proficiency in GA4, attribution modelling, and multi-touch measurement. - Experience with retention and engagement tools such as MoEngage, CleverTap, or WebEngage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Agency experience will be an added advantage.
