Key Skills: Siemens Polarion, Polarion Architecture, ALM, Platform Configuration, Data Model Design, Workflow Design, Integration Design, Enterprise ALM, Platform Governance, System Architecture, Multi-Team Implementation, AML Roles & Responsibilities: • Define and own the overall Polarion solution architecture across projects and business units • Lead platform configuration, data model design, and workflow design for enterprise ALM processes • Drive integration design between Polarion and surrounding engineering or enterprise systems • Establish governance standards for templates, permissions, reuse, and platform consistency • Support complex implementation decisions and guide technical teams on Polarion best practices Experience Required: • 11 to 13 years of experience with Siemens Polarion in an architect or senior technical lead capacity • Ability to design enterprise-grade ALM platform architecture and configuration standards • Experience handling scalable multi-team implementations and complex system design decisions • Exposure to integration design and platform-level solutioning in enterprise environments Good to Have: • AML experience Education: • B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, B.Sc., BCA, B.Com, M.Com, M.Sc., or MBA
