Roles & Responsibilities • Be the first point of contact for prospective customers through confident outbound calls • Identify customer needs and convert enquiries into high-quality, sales-ready leads • Qualify leads and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team • Maintain accurate lead/customer data in the CRM • Stay updated on real estate and interior design trends • Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets • Embrace a six-day work schedule The Ideal Candidate • 2+ years of experience in outbound calling • Graduation preferred • Strong sales orientation, target-driven mindset • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Kannada,English Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
